Learn how to use The Star’s digital products at Lee’s Summit subscriber event
Join Star journalists at our next in-person subscriber tech support event, where you can get one-on-one support learning how to use our digital products, like Edition and The Kansas City Star app.
This event will take place at the Mid-Continent Public Library - Lee’s Summit Branch on Thursday, Oct. 10 from 1-3 p.m.
This will be the fourth iteration of our subscriber tech support event. Attendees of the first three events have said they appreciated the opportunity to talk with journalists from The Star while learning about our work. Readers of the print paper said they found it valuable to learn how to navigate Edition so they can keep up with the news on days they don’t get the newspaper delivered.
These events help The Star hear from our readers about the features they like and dislike about our digital products. We gain insight into how our readers use the products while also working through your concerns. Your feedback allows us to better understand the subscriber experience and bring concerns to our colleagues building the digital products.
We encourage you to bring your own smartphone, tablet or laptop so we can help you troubleshoot on the device you are most comfortable using.
Tickets for this event are free and available for time slots every 15 minutes, starting at 1 p.m. You are not required to register, but guests with a time-based reservation will receive priority for one-on-one assistance.
We hope you’ll come by. You might just get the chance to work with one of your favorite reporters or columnists.
