Learn how to use The Star’s digital products at special subscriber tech support event
We know that reading the news is an important part of our subscribers’ days. You tell us regularly how important it is that you can find the local news that matters most to you and your community — in the format that is easiest for you.
The Star has been changing some of our digital products recently to deliver a better experience for our local readers. We also know that any time we make changes, our loyal subscribers need time to adjust and re-learn how to find the news they need.
We want to help you make that transition.
Subscribers are invited to join Kansas City Star journalists for an in-person Tech Support event to learn how to find the local news you want using The Star’s digital products including the app, Edition, newsletters and KansasCity.com.
Drop by our free tech support event any time between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, at the Kansas City Public Library’s Plaza Branch, 4801 Main Street. You’ll find our team in the branch’s large meeting room.
We encourage you to bring your own smartphone, tablet or laptop so we can help you troubleshoot on the device you are most comfortable using.
This event is free and designed for subscribers to stop by and have questions answered. You are encouraged to register here, but it is not required.
