Woman missing for more than a week; Overland Park police suspect foul play

Overland Park police are searching for clues in the disappearance of a woman missing for more than a week.

Julianna Pappas, 46, was last seen Aug. 22. Police believe foul play may be involved.

Police received a lead on the disappearance late Wednesday afternoon and began searching Indian Creek near West 115th Street and Switzer Road.

Investigators are treating the case as a death investigation and are seeking additional leads.
