Kansas City man indicted, accused of assaulting mail carrier with a firearm
A federal grand jury has indicted a Kansas City man for allegedly assaulting a mail carrier with a firearm.
Timothy LaBlance, 52, was charged Wednesday in Kansas City.
Federal prosecutors accused LaBlance of using a firearm to assault the U.S. Postal Service mail carrier last October while the carrier was on duty.
The case was investigated by the U.S. Postal Inspections Service.
