Gladstone man gets 18 years in prison for child porn
A 35-year-old Gladstone man who traded in graphic online child pornography was sentenced Tuesday to 18 years and four months in federal prison.
Jack E. Grubb III was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Kansas City where he had previously pleaded guilty to receiving and attempting to distribute child pornography over the internet.
According to federal prosecutors, Grubb kept a “substantial amount” of child pornography on various hard drives and SD cards.
Some of the videos seized by federal agents in the investigation depicted adult men having sex with girls as young as 8, prosecutors said.
