Reward in 2010 KCK slaying grows to $15,000
The reward for information leading to an arrest in the February 2010 fatal shooting of John Valdivia has increased to $15,000, officials announced Thusday.
Valdivia died following the shooting in the 1700 block of Richmond Avenue in Kansas City, Kan. The victim’s mother, Lupe Rennau, has added $1,500 to the existing fund.
A fundraiser will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 1310 Westport Road. Admission is $10.
