Teen charged in Oak Park Mall robbery

A 17-year-old Kansas City girl has been charged in connection with an armed robbery last month outside Oak Park Mall in Overland Park.

Emoni Holley is charged with aggravated robbery and is being held in the Johnson County Juvenile Detention Center, according to court records.

She is the second of four suspects charged in the Jan. 21 hold-up of a woman in the parking lot at the mall.

Anastaisa Adkins, 23, also of Kansas City, previously was charged with aggravated robbery and is being held in the Johnson County Jail.

Holley is charged as a juvenile, but prosecutors are seeking to have her charged as an adult.
