Two drivers cited for DUI during overnight patrol in Kansas City

Two motorists were arrested for driving under the influence and one fugitive was arrested during an overnight DUI patrol conducted by Kansas City police.

The department says it stopped 36 vehicles. It issued 22 hazardous moving violations and cited six drivers for lacking car insurance.
