One person hurt during string of robberies near 41st and Main streets

One person was hurt during a string of four robberies within four blocks of each other Wednesday night in Kansas City.

The first robbery was reported about 9 p.m. near East 43rd and McGee streets, according to police.

Three more robberies were reported along 41st Street at Warwick Boulevard, Walnut Street and Main Street.

One person hurt during the incidents did not appear to have life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police took two people into custody during the investigation.

The investigation continued.
