Intruders punch Kansas City man, knocking out several teeth
Three men and a woman barged their way into a Kansas City house in the 3800 block of East 69th Street early Tuesday and attacked the resident.
The victim said he opened his door just after 4 a.m. and the intruders, one of whom was armed, forced their way inside and demanded money.
When they could not find any cash, they struck the victim several times. They took some of his belongings before fleeing.
The victim was taken to the hospital with facial injuries. Several of his teeth had been knocked out.
Police did not have a detailed description of the intruders.
