Police investigate shooting in Kansas City, Kan.

Police were investigating a shooting Sunday evening in Kansas City, Kan., that left a person with possible life-threatening injuries.

The shooting was reported about 4:30 p.m. near North 31st Street and Rowland Avenue.

The victim was taken to a hospital with serious, possibly life-threatening injuries.
