Kansas City woman, 21, found dead in KCI pond
Police said Tuesday morning that a body found in a pond at Kansas City International Airport was Husenet M. Yassin, 21, of Kansas City.
KCI personnel found Yassin’s body about 3 p.m. Monday in a pond at Paris Street and Cookingham Road near the airport’s entrance.
She was face down and partly clothed.
The cause of her death has not been determined. Kansas City and KCI airport police are investigating the suspicious death.
