Woman allegedly pours gasoline on boyfriend, lights him on fire in Kansas City
A woman allegedly poured gasoline on her boyfriend and set him on fire Monday at a house in Kansas City’s Northeast area.
Police responded to a report of an assault about 4:20 p.m. in the 300 block of North White Avenue. Officers found a man with burns to his face and shoulders. He told police that his girlfriend had poured gasoline on him and set him ablaze. He was taken to a hospital where he was listed in serious condition.
Police arrested the woman a short distance from where the assault occurred.
