Hotel guest sprayed with tear gas, robbed at gunpoint in Kansas City, North
The guest of a Northland hotel said he was robbed at gunpoint early Saturday after answering a knock on his door from a woman who sprayed him with tear gas.
The robbery happened about 2 a.m. in the 6900 block of Northwest 83rd Terrace in Kansas City, North. The victim said he answered the door because he recognized the woman.
After she sprayed the victim with tear gas, a gunman entered the room and demanded his wallet.
The gunman and the woman fled after taking the wallet.
