Two are accused of selling drugs near an Olathe elementary school
Prosecutors have accused two people of selling drugs near an Olathe elementary school.
Daral Cain, 28, and Amanda Cain, 29, are charged in Johnson County District Court with selling marijuana and THC. They are also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of child endangerment.
Court documents don’t name a school, but the address listed in jail records for the Cains is near Fairview Elementary School.
The alleged drug transactions occurred last July, according to court documents.
The Cains were booked into the Johnson County jail Thursday morning. Bond for each is set at $25,000.
