Passenger on American flight from Dallas is detained
A man aboard an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Kansas City was detained Wednesday afternoon for allegedly interfering with the flight crew.
Airport police and the FBI were called to meet the plane, flight 1233, which landed on time at 4:45 p.m. The flight was scheduled to land at Kansas City International Airport and was not diverted.
Details were not immediately available, but it is standard practice for police and the FBI to take a disruptive person into custody for questioning. There were no reports of any injuries.
