Kansas City police investigate shooting near 57th and Troost
A shooting near 57th Street and Troost Avenue on Saturday night left one person with life-threatening injuries, according to authorities.
The shooting was reported to police shortly before 8 p.m.
Police investigating the incident blocked off an area outside Bob’s N Motion, a bar where a shooting last year killed 46-year-old Royce Jeffries, who worked security at the bar and who was a former Oklahoma State basketball player.
The victim of Saturday’s shooting had not yet been named by police.
