Gladstone man is guilty in child pornography case
A 34-year-old Gladstone man pleaded guilty Wednesday to federal child pornography charges.
Jack E. Grubb III admitted that he obtained and attempted to distribute child porn images online in 2013 and 2014.
A federal grand jury indicted him last year on three counts. Grubb pleaded guilty to all three charges Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Kansas City.
Grubb, who had been free on bond, was taken into custody after pleading guilty. A sentencing date will be set later.
