Charge filed in 2015 fatal KCK traffic crash
A Shawnee man has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with a February 2015 fatal traffic crash in Kansas City, Kan.
Roderick Farmer, 21, was arrested Monday by Olathe police on a warrant from Wyandotte County, according to Johnson County Jail records.
The charge stems from a one-vehicle crash at Third and James streets in Kansas City, Kan.
Police investigators said that a car traveling on James went out of control and toppled off a bridge onto the road below. A passenger, Antoine Doran, 27, of Kansas City, Kan., was killed.
Farmer initially was booked into the Johnson County Jail, but was transferred to Wyandotte County later Monday.
