Kansas City homicide victim identified

A man shot to death Monday night in central Kansas City was identified Wednesday as Hernandez Green.

Someone shot Green, 26, of Kansas City, outside a vehicle in the 4500 block of Park Avenue, according to police.

He was taken by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
