Olathe police said Thursday that a 32-year-old man injured in a traffic crash last Sunday has been pronounced dead.

Police identified the victim as Christopher Willdermood.

The pickup truck driver, Jeremy Claerhout, also of Olathe, was arrested and subsequently charged in Johnson County District Court with aggravated battery.

According to court documents, he was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
