An 18-year-old Kansas City man was found guilty by a jury on Wednesday in a sexual abuse case involving a 14-year-old girl.

Sterling Champion will be sentenced next month for the November 2013 attack. Two other men, Travell D. Miller and Jimmy Barnes, have already pleaded guilty to assault.

According to court documents, the victim was sleeping in the 4000 block of East 68th Street when five males entered her bedroom and began pulling off her clothes. Champion punched the victim in the nose and burned her with incense. She cut him with a knife.
