Man charged with photographing unsuspecting teen girls in Johnson County
A 63-year-old man has been accused of taking “upskirt” photos of five teenage girls at convenience stores in Johnson County.
John Thomas Britton, of Louisburg, Kan., is charged in Johnson County District Court with five felony counts of breach of privacy.
The incidents occurred at two difference QuikTrips on three dates in January, according to court documents.
The documents identify the victims by initials. Their birth years range from 1997 to 2000.
Britton is free on bond. As a condition of bond, a judge ordered him not to go into any Quik Trip stores and not to have contact with minors. He also is not allowed to use a computer except for work-related purposes.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
