Testimony in the capital murder trial of the man accused of killing four people, including a toddler, in Franklin County has been postponed until early March.
Jury selection in the capital murder trial of Kyle Trevor Flack, 30, began Feb. 1 in Franklin County District Court in Ottawa, Kan. Testimony was scheduled to start next Wednesday. Instead, the start has been delayed to March 7, according to the Franklin County District Court website.
Flack is accused in the April 2013 slayings of 21-year-old Kaylie Bailey of Olathe; her 18-month-old daughter, Lana; 30-year-old Andrew Stout; and 31-year-old Steven White. Shotgun blasts killed all four.
Prosecutors are seeking a death sentence for the killings of Lana and Kaylie Bailey.
