Man, accomplice wielding machete-type weapon rob Overland Park home
Overland Park police are investigating an aggravated robbery after two men, one armed with a machete-type weapon, allegedly entered an occupied house and stole items.
The robbery occurred about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 4300 block of Merriam Drive. The victim was not injured during the incident.
A complete description of the robbers was not available. They fled in an early 2000s gold Chevrolet sedan.
