Olathe police investigate armed robbery Monday at Subway restaurant

Olathe police investigated an armed robbery Monday at a Subway restaurant in the 13500 block of South Mur-len Road.

The robbery was reported about 9:30 p.m. A clerk told police that a man and woman entered the store together. The woman brought items to the register and the man showed a handgun and demanded money.

The robbers left on foot. No injuries were reported.

On Tuesday, Olathe police released images of the robbery from the restaurant’s surveillance cameras.
