Final KC homicide victim of 2015 is identified

A 22-year-old man found shot to death Dec. 30 at 40th Street and Agnes Avenue has been identified by police as Omar R. Wilson of Kansas City.

Officers sent to the scene about 11 p.m. to investigate an outside disturbance found the wounded Wilson, who died later, police said. He was the city’s 109th homicide victim of 2015.
