KCK police investigating first homicide of 2015

Kansas City, Kan., police said Friday that a man found dead on New Year’s Day was a homicide victim.

Police identified the man as 53-year-old Michael A. Robinson.

Robinson, a Kansas City, Kan., resident, was found dead early Thursday afternoon in the 1800 block of North 47th Street. Police have not released how Robinson was killed.
