Liberty man is charged with exposing himself three times to Dollar General employees
A 36-year-old Liberty man is accused of exposing himself to cashiers at a Dollar General store on three occasions.
John D. Kurtz was arrested Monday by Liberty police after store employees identified him as the man who had earlier that day and on two previous occasions exposed himself to clerks at the Dollar General at 342 Missouri 291.
Employees told police that the man’s behavior had become predictable enough that they knew what would happen Monday when he approached the checkout counter to purchase two coloring books.
