Independence man accused of producing child pornography
An Independence man was indicted Wednesday in federal court for allegedly using a minor to produce child pornography.
Federal authorities allege that Morgan Littleton, 32, produced child pornography involving the victim on four occasions in 2013.
Littleton was charged in Jackson County Circuit Court last year with multiple counts of sexually abusing the same child, according to court records.
His trial on the Jackson County charges is scheduled for February.
