First-degree murder charge is filed in KCK case
A 17-year-old Kansas City, Kan., resident was charged Tuesday with first-degree murder in the shooting of a man in the face.
Isaiah S. Butler also is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and criminal possession of a firearm.
Andrew P. Harman, 37, was killed about 5:40 p.m. Nov. 4 near Ninth Street and Central Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.
Butler is in custody. The Wyandotte County District Attorney’s office intends to seek to prosecute Butler as an adult.
