Kansas City man accused of rape
Prosecutors have charged a Kansas City man with rape and sodomy in a series of incidents that occurred over four years involving a girl who now is 6 years old.
Brian T. Lewis, 24, is being held in the Jackson County jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond. Lewis is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 9. According to court records, the incidents occurred between Jan. 31, 2011, and Nov. 3.
