A Kansas City woman was assaulted Saturday night after being kidnapped by three men, one armed with a gun, and forced to withdraw money from an ATM, police said.

According to police, the three men approached the victim, who is in her 30s, about 9 p.m. as she pulled into the driveway of a residence near the 7500 block of State Line Road. They made her get into the back seat of her vehicle. One of the men drove her to a bank and forced her to withdraw money from an ATM. Another man assaulted the woman as they drove to the ATM.

After leaving the bank, they drove to a spot near 71st Street and State Line Road in Prairie Village, got out of the woman’s vehicle and got into a vehicle that had been following them. They sped away.

Police did not release information on the suspects.
