Man is accused of indecent act at Olathe library
A 24-year-old patron at the Olathe Public Library was arrested Monday night for allegedly touching himself indecently inside the facility.
Olathe police said an officer working as library security saw the man fondling himself while sitting at a desk inside the library.
No other patrons witnessed the act, police said.
The man was booked into the Johnson County jail on suspicion of lewd and lascivious behavior pending a review of the case by prosecutors, who will decide whether to file charges.
