Masked gunman robs pizza delivery driver near 97th and Lydia

A gunman dressed in black clothing and wearing a black ski mask stole cash from a 52-year-old pizza delivery driver early Sunday in Kansas City.

The robbery in the 9700 block of Lydia Avenue was reported just after 1 a.m. The gunman approached the delivery worker, pointed a silver revolver and demanded money. After the worker handed over the cash, the gunman ran west.

Police had no more information about the suspect.
