KCK man killed in traffic crash identified

A Kansas City, Kan., man killed in a Thursday morning traffic crash has been identified as 26-year-old Zakaree Covington.

Kansas City, Kan., police said that Covington was killed about 3 a.m. Thursday when the vehicle he was driving crashed in the 2500 block of Central Avenue.

Police traffic investigators are working to determine the cause of the wreck.
