Brothers charged in savage KCK beating
Two brothers were charged Monday with the robbery and beating of a man early Nov. 16 in Kansas City, Kan.
Timothy Mulvey, 20, received several broken bones and was hospitalized after the brothers allegedly beat him, ran over him with their vehicle and left him for dead in the cold in the 500 block of Center Street.
Luke D. Stinson, 21, of Edwardsville, Kan., and Mark D. Stinson, 33, of Harrisonville, were charged in Wyandotte County with aggravated robbery and aggravated battery. Each was in jail in lieu of $75,000 bond.
