Subjects of interest in double homicide identified

Kansas City police said Sunday they had identified two men who are subjects of interest in the fatal shooting of two people early Saturday at a gas station on Independence Avenue.

Two men were killed at a BP station in the 4800 block, near Van Brunt Boulevard. Police released images of the men and a car they were believed to be associated with. The investigation is still ongoing. The names of the victims have not been released.
