Motorcyclist is killed in one-vehicle accident in Kansas City
Kansas City police have identified a 42-year-old man who was killed Sunday afternoon in a motorcycle accident as Christopher T. Zumalt of Holden, Mo.
The accident occurred about 5:30 p.m. just east of Gardner Avenue and North Chouteau Trafficway.
Zumalt was eastbound on a Harley-Davidson when he lost control and veered off the roadway. When the motorcycle struck a set of train tracks, Zumalt fell off. He died the scene, police said.
