Overland Park man charged with sexually abusing three children

A 55-year-old Overland Park man was arrested on Wednesday and charged with sexually abusing three children in 2011.

Victor H. Delgado faced three counts of aggravated indecent liberties involving three children under the age of 14. He was booked into the Johnson County jail on Wednesday and released on a $50,000 bond.

The alleged offenses occurred from May to August in 2011, according to prosecutors. The charges were filed on Monday.

Delgado is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 25.
