Shooting death in downtown Kansas City

A man was found shot to death early Sunday near 15th Street and Grand Boulevard in downtown Kansas City.

Police were called about 2 a.m. and found the victim, described as in his mid-20s, in a parking lot. A second shooting victim, also a man in his mid-20s, showed up at a local hospital. His condition was described as serious but stable.
