One dead in Kansas City traffic crash

One person was killed and another injured in a two-vehicle collision early Sunday in Kansas City.

The accident was reported at 4:08 a.m. at 23rd Street and Hardesty Avenue.

Police Chief Darryl Forté tweeted that the occupants of the second vehicle were not injured.
