Unsolved Power & Light homicide reward increased to $12,000
The reward for information in the December, 2014 death of a Kearney man has been increased by $5,000.
The Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline is asking for assistance in the homicide of Nicholas Preuitt.
Preuitt, 27, died after being shot by an unknown suspect or suspects in a Power & Light District parking garage at about 2:50 a.m. on Dec. 28, 2014. Police are seeking information on the incident, which may have involved a dark-colored sports utility vehicle.
The $5,000 increase brings the total possible reward for information leading to an arrest up to $12,000. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
