Police say man wounded in late night Kansas City shooting has died
A man shot late Sunday on the 1000 block of Spruce Avenue has died, according to police.
The shooting was reported just 10 p.m. Officers were sent to a residence and found two gunshot victims. They were taken to hospital, where one of them died.
There were no details on what prompted the shooting. No arrests have been made.
It was the city’s 53rd homicide this year, compared to 44 this time last year.
