FBI offers reward in search for female bank robber
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 to catch a woman who they believe is responsible for three bank robberies this summer.
The woman, who has a noticeable gap in her front teeth, wore oversized sunglasses and carried a large black bag in each robbery.
The robberies occurred June 24 in Kansas City, North; July 8 in Blue Springs; and July 14 in Webb City, Mo.
In each case, the woman handed a note to a teller demanding money and threatened that she had a weapon. She left each robbery scene on foot, but she may have used a silver four-door sedan.
The suspect is white, 20 to 30 years old and about 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches and has a slender build.
Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
