Police investigate after body found in Kansas City alley

Kansas City police are investigating after a body was found in an alley in the 500 block of Drury Avenue.

Officers were sent to the alley at 8:23 a.m. Friday to check on a person’s medical condition. Fire Department personnel determined the person was dead.
