Woman arrested in stabbing of man in Overland Park

A man was hospitalized Saturday after being stabbed repeatedly at a home in the 7300 block of Metcalf Avenue, according to police. A woman at the home was arrested.

Police said they were called to the home about 4 p.m. and found the man, who was in his late 20s, suffering from multiple stab wounds.

The man was transported to Overland Park Regional Medical Center, where he was in surgery late Saturday afternoon, police said.

Police arrested a woman in her 20s at the home.

The investigation continued Saturday.
