Police investigate shooting death in KCK
Police in Kansas City, Kan., investigated a shooting Tuesday that left one man dead.
The shooting was reported about 6 p.m. near the 3000 block of North 27th Street, according to police.
Police described the victim as a man in his 30s who was found lying on the ground with gunshot wounds.
The man was transported to a hospital. Later, Police Chief Terry Zeigler posted to his Twitter account that the man had died.
No other details about the case were immediately available.
