Overland Park police released four photos Wednesday showing women they say took expensive beauty products last month without paying as store employees tried to stop them.

Overland Park police are looking for five brazen thieves who stole more than $1,500 in high-end fragrances from a beauty supply store.

The women entered the store Sept. 27 and loaded up large purses with the merchandise, police said.

Employees saw what was going on and tried to stop them, but the women ignored the employees and left.

Anyone who can help police identify the women is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477 or Detective Byron Pierce at 913-535-3193.
