A 61-year-old Missouri woman died in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning at an intersection near near St. Andrews Golf Course in Overland Park, a police spokesman said.
The victim was identified as Terre L. Gruetze of Belton, said Officer John Lacy, a spokesman for the Overland Park Police Department. The driver and two passengers in the other vehicle were not injured.
Firefighters and emergency medical crews responded about 8:40 a.m. to the crash on eastbound West 135th Street at Nieman Road, according to PulsePoint, an app that allows users to view and receive alerts on calls being responded to by fire departments and emergency medical services.
